What:

Miss Greek Pageant
A charitable Fraternity philanthropic event hosted by Tau Kappa Epsilon at Stephen F. Austin State University. Contestants from campus sororities will be judged on t Formal Wear, Casual Wear, Talent, Question and Answer, and participation from their Sororities. The audience is primarily composed of members of the Stephen F. Austin State University Greek system, as well as friends and family of the competitors. The five-judge panel is comprised of SFA faculty and staff, and representatives from M.A.D.D. In its’ inaugural year, Miss Greek raised nearly 500 dollars for M.A.D.D.

Who:

The event is organized by the Nu Xi chapter of Tau Kappa Epsilon Fraternity on the SFASU campus with the campus Sororities.

Where:

Grand Ballroom, Baker Pattillo Student Center, SFASU campus.

When:

Spring 2009, date TBA.

Goal:

While TKE feels 500 dollars was an excellent start for Miss Greek, our sights are set much higher for next year. We hope to raise 2000 dollars in our Spring 2009 pageant. And we have a few exciting new surprises up our sleeves for this year pageant.
