Nu Xi Chapter of Tau Kappa Epsilon

MISS GREEK - WINNER - SFA's SERVICE PROJECT OF THE YEAR 2009

What:

Miss Greek Pageant
A charitable Fraternity philanthropic event hosted by Tau Kappa Epsilon fraternity at Stephen F. Austin State University (SFA). Contestants from campus sororities will be judged on these categories: Formal Wear, Casual Wear, Talent, and Question and Answer. The audience is primarily composed of members of the Stephen F. Austin State University Greek system, as well as friends and family of the competitors, each of which get to vote who they think should win. In its' second year, the event raised 1400 dollars for MADD, nearly tripling its' inagural year.  This coming Spring 2010, TKE expects the event to raise over 2500 dollars for MADD.

Who:

The event is organized by the Nu Xi chapter of Tau Kappa Epsilon Fraternity on the SFASU campus with the campus Sororities.

Where:

Grand Ballroom, Baker Pattillo Student Center, SFASU campus.

When:

Spring 2010, TBD. 

Goal:

While TKE feels 1900 dollars was good for the first two years for Miss Greek SFA, our sights are set much higher for next year. We hope to over 2500 dollars in our Spring 2010 pageant. And we have a few exciting new surprises up our sleeves.
