TKE and Driving Jacks
The SFA chapter of TKE Fraternity has a proud history of serving the community of Nacogdoches, along with other national charities. Locally, we have adopted a two mile stretch of highway along NW Stallings. Each year we host a canned food drive called Gobble Gallop with Chi Omega, in which all donations are given to Godtel Ministries. The TKE/Driving Jacks Car Bash is a popular event where students pay to take a sledgehammer to a car to raise money for Driving Jacks, an organization at SFA which offers safe, non-judgmental rides to students.

Our biggest event is the Annual Miss Greek SFA pageant, which has raised nearly 2000 dollars for MADD only its' second year. In the event, girls from each sorority compete in a Miss America style pageant in events like formal wear, talent, and a question/answer portion concerning alcohol awareness related questions. This past year TKE worked over 1300 hours and raised $800 for other various charities. This upcoming year we are planning to add working with Habitat for Humanity and a car wash to benefit the Ronald Reagan Alzheimers Foundation. TKE has always been very involved in their communities, and the brothers of our fraternity are proud to uphold this tradition.
