prytanis

Prytanis (President)
Hunter Vance Buck

The Prytanis presides over all chapter meetings and serves as chairman of the Executive Board. He is the spokesman for the chapter and serves as the liason between the colony and the alumni, faculty, administration, IFC, university, community, and the Offices of the Grand Chapter. He is responsible for the general management and operation of the chapter, planning the semesters retreats and is charged with making sure that all officers perform the duties assigned to them. The Prytanis serves as an ex-officio member of the Board of Advisors.

 

epiprytanis

Epi-prytanis (Vice President)
Jake Westbrook

The Epi-prytanis presides over both the internal and external committees. He is responsible for chairing the weekly committee meeting with both the internal and external committees and is charged with making sure that each committee chairman performs the duties assigned to them.

 

crysophylos

Crysophylos (Treasurer)
Dakota Laverty

The Crysophylos is responsible for managing the chapter's finances. He collects all chapter dues and disburses money to the proper committees. Other duties include: developing a comprehensive budget for each semester, creating monthly financial reports, and keeping accurate accounting records. The Crysophylos serves as an ex-officio member of the Board of Advisors.

 

grammateus

Grammateus (Secretary)
Darin Patrick

The Grammateus is responsible for all membership records and reporting of the chapter. He prepares and distributes the agenda and minutes for all chapter and executive board meetings and is responsible for reporting all changes to the chapter membership and ensuring that all new candidates register with the Offices of the Grand Chapter. He is also the official correspondant for the chapter and issues all reports to the Offices of the Grand Chapter.

 

pylortes

Pylortes (Sergeant at Arms)
Justin Perkins

The Pylortes is responsible for maintaining order during all meetings and ceremonies of the chapter. He presides over the Judicial/Standards Committees, which are charged with upholding and enforcing all rules, regulations and minimum standards of the Fraternity, the chapter, and the university. He also presides over the Risk Management committee, which is charged with managing and mitigating the risk associated with fraternity operations. 

 

hegemon

Hegemon (Pledge Trainer)
Clark Hill

The Hegemon is responsible for conducting the education program for new members. He is to impress them the uniqueness of Tau Kappa Epsilon's history, philosophy, and mechanics. It is his goal to make the transition from a candidate to an active member an efficient and rewarding process. The Hegemon is also responsible for developing the educational programming for members after initiation.

 

hypophetes

Hypophetes (Chaplain)
Cody Luce

The Hypophetes is responsible for promoting excellence in academics within the chapter and providing academic assistance to the chapter members. The hypophetes is also responsible for the safe keeping of all the ritualistic equipment and ceremonies of the Fraternity, including the chapter scroll.  The Hypophetes also presides over the Brotherhood Committee.

Histor (Chapter Historian)
Leo Duran

The Histor is responsible for recording the address and personal history of each member and all matters of historical interest to the chapter. He creates and distributes the chapter alumni newsletter and submits to "The Teke" magazine. He also serves as the chapter librarian and maintains the chapter scrapbook.
