The Miss Greek Pageant was initiated by the brothers of Tau Kappa Epsilon in the fall of 2007 as a charitable fraternity philanthropy whose proceeds are to benefit Mothers Against Drunk Driving. In its first year, Miss Greek raised nearly 500 dollars for M.A.D.D. The Miss Greek Pageant involves two contestants from each sorority. The contestants are judged on several categories. These categories are: Formal Wear, Casual Wear, Talent, Question and Answer, and participation from their Sororities. The judges are comprised of SFA faculty and staff. The men of the Nu Xi chapter of Tau Kappa Epsilon and Mothers Against Drunk Driving would like to take the time to give heartfelt thanks to each individual sorority member, both past and present, as well as the numerous other people and sponsors without who have contributed to the success of the Miss Greek Pageant. Without your help, this event would not be possible.
